Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living in New York seeks an LPN Supervisor to oversee a team of nurses, HHAs, resident care aides and medication technicians in the Wellness/Resident Services Center. You will guide daily care, monitor medications, and model compassionate, skilled nursing for our residents.

As the shift supervisor in the director's absence, you’ll ensure safety and high-quality care, manage MARs and doctors' orders, and support residents with activities of daily living while promoting

Qualifications

• Active LPN license with CPR certification.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and medication oversight.
• Experience in assisted living or similar setting.
• Ability to manage ADLs and administer medications.
• Strong observation and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, mentor, and supervise nurses, HHAs, and med techs.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Act as shift supervisor in the director's absence.
• Ensure care quality and safety in the Wellness/Resident Services Center.
• Adhere to policies, MARs, and doctor orders.
