The Bristal Assisted Living seeks a compassionate LPN Supervisor to oversee a busy Wellness/Resident Services Center at our luxury community in East Meadow, NY. You will mentor nurses and aides, coordinate patient care and medications, and ensure safety and quality of life for residents.

You must hold an active LPN license and have experience supervising staff in a senior care setting; Alzheimer’s/dementia experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have staff supervisory and medication oversight experience.
• Experience overseeing nurses, HHA's, resident care aides and medication technicians.

Responsabilités

• Oversee, mentor and nurture a team of nurses, HHA's, resident care aides and medication technicians.
• Act as shift supervisor in absence of the Director and support residents with activities of daily living and medication administration.
