Qualifications

• Active LPN certification required.
• Staff supervision and medication oversight experience.
• Experience with Alzheimer's/dementia a plus.
• Familiarity with MARs and doctors' orders.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor nurses, HHAs, resident care aides and medication technicians in Wellness/Resident Services Center.
• Act as shift supervisor in the absence of the Director of Wellness.
• Assist residents with ADLs and administration of medications.
• Follow policies and procedures and adhere to the Director of Wellness instructions.
• Excel in prioritizing, multi-tasking and working independently.
