Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate LPN Supervisor to oversee a team of nurses, HHAs, resident care aides, and medication technicians in the Wellness/Resident Services Center of our luxury community.

As the shift supervisor in the director's absence, you will ensure attentive help with ADLs and medication administration, guiding the team with skill and kindness to support residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• LPN license active and in good standing.
• Experience supervising nursing and care staff in senior living.
• Experience with dementia care is a plus.
• Knowledge of MARs and doctors' orders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor nurses, HHAs, and medication technicians in Wellness/Resident Services.
• Act as shift supervisor in the absence of the Director of Wellness.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and medications.
• Ensure compassionate, safe, patient-centered care for residents.
