The Bristal Assisted Living in New York is seeking a compassionate LPN Supervisor to oversee a team of nurses, HHAs, resident care aides and medication technicians in the Wellness/Resident Services Center of our luxury community.

You will lead the shift in the absence of the Director, manage ADLs, and ensure accurate MARs and doctor orders while delivering high-quality resident care with kindness.

Qualifikationen

• Must have staff supervisory and medication oversight experience.
• Active LPN certification.
• Experience assisting residents with Alzheimer’s disease/dementia is a plus.
• Caring, reliable and observant with MARs and doctors' orders.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently.

Aufgaben

• Oversee, mentor and nurture a team of nurses, HHA's, resident care aides and medication technicians.
• Act as shift supervisor in the absence of the Director of Wellness.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Ensure accurate MARs and adherence to physicians' orders.
• Provide compassionate care to residents to enhance quality of life.
