Zusammenfassung

Wellpath is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within the Nursing department in Pennsylvania. Under RN supervision, you will provide patient care, administer medications (including IV therapy if certified), and contribute to care plans in a fast-paced facility serving underserved populations.

Must hold current LPN/LVN licensure in the state and CPR certification. Clinic experience preferred; comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities offered by Wellpath.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum one year clinic experience preferred.
• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification is required.

Aufgaben

• Under RN supervision, assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs during care.
• Administer medications and perform IV therapy where certified.
• Participate in safety protocols and routine counts, support codes and health emergencies.
• Assist in procedures and document nursing encounters using SOAP charting.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training to ensure high-quality patient care.
