Wellpath in Cumberland, MD is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses. The role includes assessing patients, administering medications, and contributing to treatment planning within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include IV therapy if certified, SOAP charting, and collaboration with physicians and staff. This position requires an active LPN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of clinic experience;

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Must maintain current LPN licensure in the state of employment and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assesses patients and contributes to individualized treatment planning.
• Administers medications and provides IV therapy if certified.
• Performs nursing procedures and documents encounters using SOAP notes.
• Collaborates with staff during codes or health emergencies following standard precautions.
• Attends mandatory meetings and training for ongoing professional development.
