Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care per physician orders with resident choice.
• Coordinate medication management and document outcomes.
• Assess resident needs and update care plans and logs.
• Supervise CNAs/RMAs and ensure safety and wellness.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and maintain accurate records.
