Harmony Senior Services is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide high-quality care for residents in our assisted living setting. You will coordinate clinical and supportive services, administer medications, and respond to emergencies with calm, professional judgment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, proper documentation, and active participation in community activities and meals. A successful candidate can lift up to 50 lbs and is willing to work flexible hours, including

Qualifikationen

• Current LPN license in the state where the community is located.
• Experience working with the senior population, preferably in assisted living or LTC.
• Must be a team player who works well with others and has experience supervising staff.
• Must possess critical thinking skills, ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently with strong organizational skills.
• Must be in good physical condition and able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to work an 8-16 hour flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must attend all required trainings, CEU’s and staff meetings.
• Must be certified or willing to take and pass the certification class required by the state in which employed

• Provide quality nursing care and services to residents.
• Coordinate physical, social, and emotional aspects of assisted living care.
• Execute the medication management plan and document appropriately.
• Respond to emergencies timely and calmly and report incidents.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation across shifts.
• Participate in activities and assist with meals as needed.
• Ensure resident wellness and safety through proper documentation and interventions.
• Establish positive working relationships with all departments and staff.
• Report changes in resident condition to Healthcare Director and caregiving team.
• Support staff and CNA/RMA supervision as needed.
• Attend required trainings and fulfill CEUs.
