Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN (or RN) to provide 1:1 pediatric private duty nursing for a 6-year-old boy in his home in Mt. Pleasant, PA.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality care, assisting with ADLs, g-tube care, and medications, in a supportive family-centered setting. You will join a dedicated team with weekly pay, paid orientation, PTO, 401(k), and 24/7 clinical support. A PA license, CPR, and at least 6 months of pediatric/home health experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Perform g-tube care/feedings.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
• Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need
