Job summary

Community Care, Inc. Home Health is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 private duty pediatric care for a 2-year-old girl in Dormont, PA. The role is full-time, day shift, with one-on-one patient care from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday-Thursday, in a home setting.

You will administer medications, assist with ADLs, and manage g-tube care while coordinating closely with the family and care team to ensure safe, high-quality pediatric care.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse with current PA license (LPN) or RN.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience; home health preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

What You'll Do
