Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking an LPN for one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing in West Mifflin, PA. This full-time role offers day shifts and a schedule of Wednesday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, in a home setting with a 1:1 patient focus.

You will provide compassionate pediatric care, assist with ADLs, monitor vitals and glucose, and administer medications under supervision. Join a supportive team dedicated to quality care.

Qualifications

• LPN license active in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 6 months nursing experience; home health preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform g-tube care/feedings.
• Monitor vitals.
• Monitor glucose (Dexcom).

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

• Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania

• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
• CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
