Job summary

Rosewood Rehab & Healthcare center is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our clinical team in delivering high-quality resident care. This 12-hour shift role offers an opportunity to impact patient outcomes within a compassionate, active team environment.

Qualified candidates will hold a current Missouri LPN license (RN license considered) and provide COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. We value safety and personalized care for our seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record new data.
• Take vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.).
• Report updates to registered nurse/overseeing physician.

Shift Type: 12-hour

You’ll be great on our LPN/RN team because you have:

• Current license as a LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse or RN - Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 (or a willingness to get it)
• High school diploma or equivalent
