Job summary

Greens at Gastonia is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to join our 3rd shift nursing team in Gastonia, NC. Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for full-time.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, complete resident assessments, monitor changes, and collaborate with physicians and CNAs. We foster a supportive, team-oriented environment and offer growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current, active and unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individualized plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete resident assessments and nursing documentation accurately and timely.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during the shift.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and staff.
