Job summary
Greens at Hendersonville in Hendersonville, NC is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. Full-time and part-time daytime and nighttime shifts, 12-hour shifts, and opportunities for advancement are available.
This role offers a $12,000 sign-on bonus for full-time LPNs, competitive pay, same-day pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k), PTO, paid training, and supportive
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Minimum of one year of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Administering medications, treatments, and physician orders.
- Performing resident assessments, wound care, and accurate clinical documentation.
- Monitoring changes in resident condition and communicating with physicians and the inter-disciplinary care team.
- Supervising and supporting CNAs during daily clinical operations.
- Collaborating with nurses, physicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure outstanding resident outcomes.
- Delivering compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a key role in providing exceptional care by:
