Job summary

The Greens at Gastonia is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to join our 3rd shift team (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) in Gastonia, NC. We offer full-time and part-time positions with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, plus growth opportunities and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Current, active North Carolina LPN or RN license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with CPR certification.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individualized plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete resident assessments and nursing documentation accurately.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly.
• Supervise and support CNAs during the shift.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and the care team.
• Promote a safe, respectful and compassionate environment.
