Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN or RN license.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

As an LPN or RN, you'll provide direct nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help ensure our residents receive the highest level of clinical excellence and compassion every day.

What You'll Do

• Deliver quality nursing care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Promote a safe, positive, and resident-centered environment

Available Schedules

Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN

8-Hour Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend rotation for Full-Time and Part-Time positions
• Flexible scheduling available for PRN staff
