Greens at Gastonia is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to join our 2nd shift nursing team in Gastonia, NC. Provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and complete assessments with attention to individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Current, active NC LPN or RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individualized plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete resident assessments and nursing documentation accurately and timely.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly.
• Supervise and support CNAs during the shift.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and the care team.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and staff.

Schedule

• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available

• Every other weekend required

LPN / RN Responsibilities
