Job summary

The Greens at Gastonia is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to join our 2nd shift nursing team in Gastonia, NC. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles and opportunities for growth in a supportive, Great Place to Work Certified environment.

Responsibilities include direct resident care, medication administration, assessments, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Full-time and part-time positions with every other weekend requirement.

Qualifications

• Current, active and unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individualized plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete resident assessments and nursing documentation accurately and timely.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly.
• Supervise and support CNAs during the shift.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and staff.
