Job summary

The Greens at Lincolnton in Lincolnton, NC is seeking an LPN or RN to provide direct nursing care, administer meds, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality resident care.

Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN schedules with 8-hour shifts and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires, plus comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN or RN license.
• Current CPR certification
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Promote a safe, positive, and resident-centered environment

Position Summary

As an LPN or RN, you'll provide direct nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help ensure our residents receive the highest level of clinical excellence and compassion every day.

What You'll Do

Available Schedules

Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN

8-Hour Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend rotation for Full-Time and Part-Time positions
• Flexible scheduling available for PRN staff
