Job summary

Harborview-Health-Systems in Greenville, NC is seeking an RN/LPN Supervisor for the night shift (7 PM–7 AM). Our faith-based organization supports caregivers and residents with top pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will supervise medications and treatments, oversee RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, complete admissions and routine resident assessments, monitor conditions, document clearly, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and families to ensure safe, continuous care.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing in North Carolina.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated RN/LPN Supervisor for Nights

What You Will Do

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable

• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments

• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.

• Support activities of daily living

• Maintain clear, timely documentation

• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families

• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates

• Other duties as assigned

What You Must Have

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required - we'll invest in the right heart and mindset.
