Job summary

Harborview Jesup in Jesup, GA, is seeking a dedicated PRN LPN Medication Nurse to support residents with medications, treatments, and daily care. Emphasis on safety, documentation, and teamwork within an interdisciplinary setting.

You will deliver meds, monitor conditions, assist with activities of daily living, and maintain clear records while adhering to infection control and safety standards. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
