Job summary

Road To Responsibility, Inc. is seeking a qualified LPN to provide nursing care in our residential services setting in Norwell, MA. The role includes administering medications, monitoring client health, and ensuring safety and comfort in daily activities.

The position requires an active LPN license, at least one year of related experience, and a willingness to complete required trainings and background checks. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for new full-time hires.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license and at least one year of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to undergo background checks.
• Must complete state and agency mandated trainings including medication administration.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with accommodations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and administer prescribed medications per guidelines.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain safety and comfort of individuals.
• Oversee medication administration within program per DDS regulations.
• Act as liaison between DDS, Day Program, and families.
• Record monthly progress notes for each participant.
• Assist with personal care tasks as needed.
• Conduct on-site medical trainings for staff.
• Follow RTR policies and procedures.
