Responsibilities

• Assist with evaluation of resident needs and development of service plans per state requirements.
• Supervise daily work assignments of resident care associates.
• Evaluate resident issues and discuss with ED, family and MD as appropriate.
• Encourage teamwork and improve services across departments.
• Ensure staffing schedules and backup coverage are met at all times.
• Ensure proper incident/accident reporting and communicate with state compliance.
