Job summary

Eventide Jamestown Care Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time 12-hour night shifts. The role includes medication administration, resident assessments, and coordinated care within a dynamic team. LPN or RN license required, Long Term Care experience preferred, with shift diffs offered.

Qualifications

• Active ND LPN or RN license (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred but not required.
• Assesses residents’ needs through physical assessments, observations, and interviews on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments and monitors effectiveness.
• Provides direct nursing care to residents per policies and standards.
• Communicates needs of residents to care staff and physicians.
