Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed to practice.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Ability to work various shifts including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Render nursing care in assigned area according to standards.
• Administer medications accurately and document responses.
• Coordinate communication among patients, families and care team.
• Maintain accurate medical records and care plans.
• Provide patient education and empathy.
