Job summary

Eventide Heartland Care Center is seeking an LPN for full-time day shift (6 am–6:30 pm) with every-other-weekend/holiday rotation. Salary range includes a weekend differential; compensation and PTO, comprehensive benefits, and a dynamic work culture are offered.

The LPN will provide and ensure high-quality nursing care in line with state and federal standards, maintain EMR documentation, and collaborate with the care team to meet residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial needs.

Qualifications

• Active ND LPN license required or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments.
• Provides direct nursing care to residents.
• Observes residents’ needs and health status.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Coordinates resident care plans with interdisciplinary team.
