Simpsonville Post Acute in Simpsonville, SC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, day and night 12-hour shifts. You will provide patient-centered nursing care and administer medications in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

The role requires an active SC LPN license, CPR certification, and CE maintenance; prior long-term care experience and PCC familiarity are preferred. Competitive pay with shift differentials and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in South Carolina (in good standing).
• Current CPR certification.
• Must maintain all required continuing education.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in PCC.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
