HumanGood is hiring a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for The Terraces of Phoenix, a Life Plan Community. You will join our Skilled Nursing team to provide compassionate, person-directed care to residents in a premier community.

The role requires a current LPN/LVN license, PCC proficiency, and at least 6 months in skilled nursing, with CPR certification. This PRN position covers all shifts, weekends, and holidays and offers comprehensive benefits and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in Skilled Nursing.
• Experience in post-acute, sub-acute, or senior care nursing preferred.
