Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a part-time LVN/LPN at Spring Mill Pointe in Lafayette Hill, PA. You will deliver nursing care following our philosophy of person-directed care and support residents' daily life rhythm.

The role requires in-state licensure, CPR certification, and prior nursing experience; new grads are welcome. Schedule is 7pm–7am with every other weekend and holiday rotations. Compensation is $30–$32 per hour and includes strong benefits.

Description

Spring Mill Pointe is looking for a part-time LPN. Our Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

Pay rate: $30 - 32 per hour

Schedule: Part-Time 7pm-7am - Must be available for Every other weekend and holiday rotation.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
• New grads are welcome!
