Job summary

Compass Senior Living in Mount Vernon, IL is seeking an Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care. You will perform licensed tasks within state scope, maintain wellness records, and collaborate with the wellness team to support elders and families.

You must hold an active LPN license, be in good standing, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and customer service.

What You’ll Do

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will demonstrate independent judgment and discretion to perform licensed nurse tasks within the scope of practice as allowed by the state. The LPN will maintain accurate wellness records providing nursing insights on resident care. This position will comply with Wellness policies and procedures to provide extraordinary service to elders and their families by interacting with community team members and residents' medical personnel.
