Compass Senior Living is seeking an Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate nursing care in a vibrant senior living community. The LPN will perform licensed tasks within the state's scope of practice, maintain wellness records, and provide nursing insights to support resident care.

The role requires excellent communication with residents and colleagues, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment on evening shifts.

What You’ll Do

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will demonstrate independent judgment and discretion to perform licensed nurse tasks within the scope of practice as allowed by the state. The LPN will maintain accurate wellness records providing nursing insights on resident care. This position will comply with Wellness policies and procedures to provide extraordinary service to elders and their families by interacting with community team members and residents' medical personnel.
