Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute in Colorado is seeking full-time Registered Nurses to join our skilled nursing team. Shifts are 12 hours, 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am, with a $6,000 bonus paid out quarterly over 18 months. Responsibilities include providing RN nursing services, supervising nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.

• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in Colorado.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check.
• LTC/SNF experience is a plus.
