Job summary

Interim HealthCare in Sioux Falls and Brookings, SD is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide pediatric home health care on a PRN/part-time basis. You will work according to the availability we schedule, with on-site visits and coordination with a responsive care team.

The position offers hourly pay of $32–$34, weekly pay, health insurance after eligibility, and a company 401K match. A caring, reliable nurse who values patient comfort will thrive in this community-focused role.

Qualifications

• Six months’ experience in a comparable LPN role.
• Current South Dakota LPN license.
• CPR certification, offered on site.
• Two professional references required.
• Background check and drug screen completed.
• Driver’s License and current car insurance and 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Care for pediatric patients in home settings.
• Examine patients, document conditions, report changes.
• Administer medications and operate medical equipment safely.
• Follow physician orders and maintain a safe environment.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)job duties may include:

• Care for pediatric patients within their home
• Examine patients, conduct assessments, document condition and report changes
• Review, interpret, transcribe and carry out physician orders for patients
• Administer medication, operate medical equipment and maintain a safe environment

Qualifications:
