Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our flexible staffing model in South Dakota. We offer PRN, part-time and full-time contracts with shifts including days, evenings, and nights across long-term care facilities and assisted living settings.

Pay is competitive, with LPN rates of $40–$42+ per hour, paid weekly, and opportunities for ongoing education credits. Join our team and contribute to compassionate, community-based care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in SD or multi-state eligibility
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
• Must be 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living settings
• Aide with daily activities
• Pass medications, give treatments, provide wound care
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Check vitals
• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) job duties may include:

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living settings
• Aide with daily activities

• Check vitals
• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within South Dakota, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility
• Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience highly preferred
• Must be 18 years of age
