Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) for PRN, part-time, or full-time contracts across long-term care facilities and assisted living settings. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, passing medications, and monitoring patients.

Shifts available days, evenings, or nights; 8-, 10-, or 12-hour options. On-call support 24/7. Competitive pay $40-$45+ per hour, paid weekly, with opportunities for continuing education credits.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license, SD or multi-state eligibility/reciprocity.
• LPN experience is highly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• PRN and/or Contract staffing in Long-Term Care facilities or Assisted Living.
• Aide with daily activities and ambulation.
• Pass medications.
• Check vitals and observe for care changes.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) job duties may include

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living settings
• Aide with daily activities
• Pass medications
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Check vitals
• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within South Dakota, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility
• Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience highly preferred
• Must be 18 years of age
