Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide pediatric home care in Brookings, SD. This PRN/part-time role offers DAY and NIGHT shifts with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

Qualified candidates will have at least six months of LPN experience, an active SD LPN license, CPR certification, and two professional references. A background check and drug screen are required; a valid driver’s license and auto insurance are also needed.

• SD LPN license current.
• CPR certification required or offered on site.
• Two professional references required.
• Background check and drug screen completed.
• Driver’s license and valid auto insurance; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Care for pediatric patients within their home.
• Examine patients, conduct assessments, document condition and report changes.
• Review, interpret, transcribe and carry out physician orders for patients.
• Administer medication, operate medical equipment and maintain a safe environment.
