Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Augusta is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide pediatric home care on a PRN/part-time basis in Sioux Falls, SD and Brookings, SD. You will work days and nights as scheduled, with a pay rate of $32–$34 per hour, paid weekly, and access to 24/7 on-call support.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, documentation, and ensuring a safe home environment.

Qualifications

• Six months’ experience as LPN in pediatric home care.
• Current South Dakota LPN license.
• CPR certification, offered on site.
• Background check and drug screen completed.
• Driver’s license with active car insurance; 18+.

• Care for pediatric patients within their home.
• Examine patients, assess, document condition and report changes.
• Administer medication, operate medical equipment and maintain a safe environment.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)job duties may include:

• Review, interpret, transcribe and carry out physician orders for patients
• Administer medication, operate medical equipment and maintain a safe environment

Qualifications:

• Six months’ experience in a comparableLicensed Practical Nursejob classification, current South Dakota LPNlicense
• CPR certification, offered on site
• 2 professional references required
• Background check and drug screen completed
• Driver’s License and current car insurance and 18 years of age
