Job summary

Amedisys Home Health in Georgia is seeking an LPN to coordinate scheduling of home health visits. Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse or RN depending on state assignment.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• One (1+) year of administrative experience in a health care environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedules patient assessment visits including Oasis visits.
• Prepares weekly clinician schedules and reviews capacity to meet productivity standards.
• Ensures clinicians are assigned efficiently across geography and care requirements.
• Schedules and communicates with field staff, patients, and Clinical Manager.
• Monitors patient visits and ensures timely follow-up and documentation.
