Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is hiring part-time weekend LPNs to join a compassionate nursing team in a skilled nursing facility in Colorado. Shifts are 12-hour, Saturday and Sunday with 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am options. You will provide LVN/LPN nursing services and may supervise CNAs while delivering meds and treatments.

Requirements include an active Colorado LPN license and CPR certification. The role offers competitive pay with benefits for full-time staff and a supportive, growth‑oriented workplace

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado

CPR certification

Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

Experience in LTC/SNF a plus!!

Rate Range: $28-$38
