Job summary

Sierra Post Acute in Colorado is seeking an LPN to join our care team on a part-time schedule. You will provide nursing services in a skilled unit and may supervise nurse assistants, administer medications, and perform treatments.

We are looking to expand our team to allow for the highest level of care for our residents. You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with.

Schedule: Part-Time

6am-6pm on Sunday

6pm-6am on Wednesday

What to Expect:

Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
• CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

Rate Range: $30-$40
