Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute in Colorado is seeking LPNs to join our skilled nursing team. This PRN role offers 12-hour shifts (6am–6pm and 6pm–6am) in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Candidates must hold a current Colorado LPN license and CPR certification; background checks (Colorado CAPS and general) are required. Competitive pay with benefits for full-time staff; SNF/LTC experience a plus. Join a caring team dedicated to resident-centered care and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility.
• May supervise nurse assistants, administer medications and treatments.
• Colorado LPN license required and CPR certification.
• Ability to pass Colorado CAPS and general background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing services and care coordination in SNF/LTC setting.
• Assist with medication administration and treatments.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure high-quality resident care.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
• CPR certification
