Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute in Colorado is hiring part-time/weekend LPNs for 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am) on Saturdays and Sundays. As an LPN in our skilled nursing unit, you will administer medications, provide bedside care, and collaborate with a compassionate team to support residents.

We offer competitive pay from $28 to $38 per hour, health benefits, 401k with match, paid time off, sick leave, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license to practice in Colorado.
• CPR certification.
• Background checks: able to pass criminal and Colorado CAPS checks.
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Supervise nurse assistants as needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to support residents.
