Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is seeking PRN LPNs in Colorado for 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am). You will provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with a supportive care team. Competitive pay and strong benefits accompany PRN opportunities.

Successful candidates hold an active Colorado LPN license and CPR certification, with ability to pass background checks. SNF/LTC experience is a plus, as we value compassionate, reliable care to our residents.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit, with possible supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety, document care and coordinate with the care team.
