Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute in Grand Junction, Colorado, is hiring Registered Nurses. We offer 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am) for full-time staff. Join a team dedicated to compassionate care, continuous training, and growth opportunities.

Earn a $6,000 sign-on bonus paid quarterly over 18 months for full-time employees. Competitive pay, benefits including vision and dental, 401k with match, PTO and sick leave. Must have Colorado RN license and CPR.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in Colorado.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to pass criminal and Colorado CAPS background checks.
• LTC/SNF experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility.
• May include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.
