Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute in Grand Junction, CO, is seeking part-time LVN/LPN nurses for 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am) on Saturdays and Sundays. You will provide nursing services in a skilled unit, may supervise CNAs, and assist with medications and treatments.

We require an active Colorado LPN license and CPR certification, and you must pass state background checks. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

• Active LPN license in Colorado.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to pass Colorado CAPS and criminal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit; may include supervision of nurse assistants.
