Job summary

Eventide Heartland Heartland Care Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for part-time, overnight (NOC) shifts from 6pm to 6:30am. The role includes 12-hour shifts with an every-other-weekend/holiday rotation.

Compensation includes an overnight differential and weekend shift differential added to base wage. Ideal candidate must hold an active North Dakota LPN license; Long Term Care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have an active North Dakota LPN license or be able to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in Long Term Care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses residents’ needs through physical assessments, observations, and interviews.
• Administers medications and treatments and monitors effectiveness.
• Maintains and updates care plans in accordance with policies.
• Documents nursing care in the electronic medical record per policy.
• Coordinates with health care team and supports resident families.
