West Village Post Acute in Greenville, SC, is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time shifts. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and document care plans using PCC.

We seek SC-licensed LPNs with CPR, in good standing, and strong communication. Shifts include 2nd (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and 3rd (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM), with weekends Fri-Sun and up to $3/hr shift differential. Supportive team and culture focused on quality care.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• CPR certification and ongoing licensure requirements.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
