Job summary

West Village Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day or night shifts. Join a 132-bed skilled nursing facility committed to high-quality, resident-centered care and a supportive leadership team.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care, medication administration, and care planning with interdisciplinary staff. PCC experience is preferred; CPR and SC RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Maintain required continuing education and licensure.
• In good standing with SC Board of Nursing.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee direct nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures safely.
• Assess residents and monitor condition changes.
• Document accurately and timely in PCC and systems.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs and coordinate with the team.
• Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary discussions.
• Ensure resident dignity, safety, and quality of life.
• Comply with federal, state, and facility regulations.
