Job summary

Reedy River Post Acute is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time 8-hour shifts in Greenville, SC. Starting pay is $29–$30 per hour with shift differentials, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and weekend bonuses.

We offer medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) with company match, and loan repayment or tuition reimbursement options. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, monitor conditions, document care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly to appropriate clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support CNAs as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
